Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions). Our goal is to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible so you can get out there and explore.

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Flat Rate Fee: $12.95
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if they have been opened or used:
  • Camping Food
  • Water Filters and Treatment products
  • Cutlery or Tableware that has been removed from its original packaging

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:
    • Your Order Number
    • Product Name
    • Reason for return or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and mail it to:

Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or a defective product.
  • Lost Packages: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanging an Item

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will ship your new item promptly. For a faster exchange, you may place a new order online and return the original item separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we will quickly arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if appropriate.
