2.1. Product Information

2.2. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

2.3. Product Limitations

For health and safety reasons, certain products including Camping Food, Water Filters and Treatment products, and opened Cutlery or Tableware cannot be returned if opened or used.

3.1. Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that product. Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

3.2. Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through encrypted systems. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3.3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team at [email protected]. After this period, orders in processing cannot be cancelled.

4.1. Shipping Areas

We ship globally except to Asia and certain remote regions. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to your order.

4.2. Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

4.3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.4. Risk of Loss

All products purchased from our website are delivered to you by a third-party carrier. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5.1. Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

5.2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Camping Food that has been opened
• Water Filters and Treatment products that have been opened or used
• Cutlery or Tableware that has been removed from its original packaging

5.3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for our approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely package the item with all original materials

5.4. Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.5. Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the standard return process. We will ship your new item promptly after receiving your return.

5.6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if appropriate.
